By creating a profile or using ProfileX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content and ownership
Your profile and career data belong to you. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as you direct so we can provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't misrepresent your identity, skills, or credentials.
- Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Don't scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
5. Verified credentials
Where ProfileX offers verification, verified badges reflect checks made at a point in time and are provided as-is. [CONFIRM — verification provider and scope pending; see BLOCKERS section A.]
6. Paid features
Pro features and pricing are described at checkout. Billing cadence and cancellation terms apply as shown. [CONFIRM — final pricing pending, business decision B4.]
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
ProfileX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job outcomes. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. [CONFIRM — liability cap pending legal review.]
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
