1. Agreement to terms
By creating a profile or using ProfileX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content and ownership
Your profile and career data belong to you. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as you direct so we can provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't misrepresent your identity, skills, or credentials.
- Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Don't scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
5. Verified credentials
Where ProfileX offers verification, verified badges reflect checks performed by independent third-party identity-verification providers engaged by HireFlow360, Inc., made at a point in time and provided as-is.
6. Paid features
Paid plans and fees are published on our pricing page. Billing cadence and cancellation terms apply as shown at checkout.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
ProfileX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid us any fees.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
