1. Who we are
HireFlow360, Inc. is the controller of personal data you provide to ProfileX. You decide what to add to your profile and who can see it.
2. Data we collect
- Profile data you add: experience, skills, education, links.
- Account data: name, email, login details.
- Usage data: log and device data to operate the service.
- Billing data processed by our payment provider for Pro.
3. How we use data
To build and display your profile as you direct, secure the service, support you, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
4. Visibility and sharing
You control your profile's visibility. We share data with employers only when you choose to share, and with vetted sub-processors under contract. [CONFIRM — sub-processor list pending vendor finalization.]
5. Legal bases
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete or anonymize your data, subject to legal requirements.

8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect your data.
